Grzegorz Brol

Graduate of the Management at The School of Management and Banking in Poznan and the Executive MBA program at the University of Minnesota and the Warsaw School of Economics.

Since 1995 associated with technology industry, he gained experience working with IT services and solutions providers. He began his career in JTT Computer SA, where among other things managed a nationwide sales and services delivering network. In 2000-2004 he was responsible for direct sales of IT services to business customers as Sales Director in the stock market company Computer Service Support S.A. (now Comp S.A.). In 2005 he started cooperation with the Altkom Group, responsible for development of Business Division of Altkom Systems (systems integration, professional IT services). He managed the change in market strategy and offer of Division, which resulted in the acquisition of a number of key customers.

Co-founder and co-owner of Integrity Solutions Sp. z o. o. - the company created in 2010 based on Altkom Business Systems Division. He is responsible for the development of the company, strategic relationships with customers and partners.

His hobbies are: expeditions, reports, electronic and ethnic music and sports (football, squash and snowboarding).

Emil Dąbrowski

Graduate of the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw and IT MBA program at Kozminski University.

Since 1995 professionally associated with the IT industry. In his career he specialized in the engineering areas (Microsoft, SUN, Novell, HP, IBM, Citrix) as well as in consulting. In 2003-2006 he was responsible for project implementation and management of the team as Technical Director of IST Mazowsze Sp. z o. o. Associated with the Altkom Group since 2007, responsible for implementation of IT projects.

Co-founder and co-owner of Integrity Solutions Sp. z o. o. - company created in 2010 based on Altkom Business Systems Division. Responsible for the implementation of integration projects.
His hobbies are hiking, cycling and football.

Rafał Strzałkowski

Graduate of Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology and University of Management and Marketing in Warsaw, holds MBA Diploma issued by the French Institute of Management. Associated with the IT industry for over 14 years, during which he occupied positions such as Managing Director in the company 500Solutions, Director of Support and IT Operations Office in PZU S.A. Group, Director of User Support Department in TP S.A. Group, Head of Development Services Department and Head of Service Desk Department in PTK Centertel. Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Association itSMF Poland. Certified ITIL Service Manager and ITIL Expert.

During his career, he was responsible for creating IT ​​strategy in large and medium-sized enterprises, carried out large outsourcing projects. He has been implementing systems to manage IT and transforming IT organization from cost centers into revenue centers. He was also responsible for the development of applications and solutions such Office-Automation. During his career in 500Solutions he completed several projects in the area of ​​IT Service Management and oversaw the implementation of several other projects of a similar nature.

He is responsible for the implementation of integration and consultative projects. His hobbies are: the Far East culture, psychology and sport (squash, mountain biking, jogging).
